Storyline dalam game ini merupakan kisah nyata, mengambil cerita pada saat Tier 1 Operator melakukan sebuah misi bernama Operation Anaconda, para US Special Forces ditugaskan untuk menangkap Osama Bin Laden di Tora Bora, Afganistan. Para Special Forces yang bertugas untuk Operation Anaconda ini rata-rata berjenggot panjang, supaya para prajurit bisa berbaur dengan orang-orang sekitar.
